Dr. Muhammad Ubaidullah

Founder Chairman & CEO

Dr. Muhammad Ubaidullah, the visionary Founder Chairman & CEO of CAPITAL LYCEUM – “The Elegant School,” brings 37 years of remarkable service to the field of education. His journey is marked by dedication, discipline, leadership and academic brilliance.

He served in key positions at Teachers Training College, DPS&C Rawalpindi and Punjab Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education. As a Consultant for Aga Khan Education Board Karachi, he contributed to national educational development.

Holding a Ph.D (Zoology), M.Sc and M.Phil from UAF, his Ph.D was completed in just three years under Pakistan Science Foundation. His thesis was evaluated by leading professors from the USA and Canada.

With 10 years in Teachers Training, he served as “Master Trainer” under Asian Development Bank & World Bank projects. He received Overseas Fellowship at Philippine Normal University, Manila and also completed Professional Development Training at Oxford University, UK.

As Principal of DPS&C Rawalpindi, he led the institution to historic achievements, including first-ever Education Board positions—earning him a Gold Medal, Certificate of Honor and Cash Prize from the Chief Minister of Punjab.

In 2012, he founded Islamabad Lyceum, an international-standard school. In 2018, he launched CAPITAL LYCEUM at 6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi, continuing his mission of grooming future leaders.

Mrs. Sabhat Ismail

Principal

Mrs. Sabhat Ismail, Principal of Capital Lyceum, brings 34 years of impactful educational leadership. Her work reflects compassion, discipline and academic excellence.

She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad and possesses deep expertise in curriculum development, instructional strategies and community building.

With 30 years in Punjab’s education sector, she has earned numerous awards and recognitions—most notably her nomination as “Best Head of District Rawalpindi 2019” for outstanding board results, receiving appreciation from the Chief Minister of Punjab.

Before joining Capital Lyceum in 2020, she served as Senior Headmistress (BPS-20) of Government Girls High School No.3, Westridge, Rawalpindi. Her leadership continues to elevate the standards of teaching and student development.
